I had one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had buying a car through them. Joe was great. Very friendly and it felt like I was buying from a friend more than just a salesperson. I had the honor of being their first car buyer at their new location in Puyallup. :) I highly recommend seeing them for a car. If I’m ever in the need of another vehicle. I’m definitely driving the hour and a half again. lol. Thanks everyone at Advantage Auto Direct.

Definitivamente volvería a elegir este concesionario, desde el primer día que llegué buscando un auto ROSY 🩷me ayudó mucho, fue muy paciente y amable conmigo, me mostró varios vehículos y números, terminé eligiendo una Ford F-150 hermosa! My experience with Advantage Auto Direct was nothing but positive. They offered a competitive price on the vehicle I wanted, which reduced the need to haggle. Joe and Matt were easy to work with and quick to respond. While I am local, I met a couple who had driven from Spokane to purchase their vehicle, and learned Advantage Auto Direct literally has customers from across the nation. I would highly recommend Advantage Auto Direct if you are considering a car purchase!

I just bought a truck at Advantage Auto Direct in Kent and it was a very nice, very easy buying experience. Rosy was very nice and friendly as well as paying attention to all my question and needs. Everyone i met was super friendly and definitely when they make their move to Puyallup I will be recommending their business. They had multiple payment options and from what I saw a very good selection of vehicles. Ask for Rosy, she will get you into a car or truck and you won't regret it!

I hate car lots and car salesmen. With that being said. I never felt anything less than Jo was trying to give me what I want. I never felt pressure or discomfort. I showed up at 1000 just looking. Wasn’t sure I was going to buy anything. I was out by 1200 after even doing a trade in and finance. I’ve never had such a pleasant time buying a vehicle.

Anyone wanting to purchase a good low mileage car or truck should look at this Car-Fax user business. I did and came away with a low mileage Ford Ranger. Joe the sales person was a good person to work with. A caring and seasoned person. Will see them again to pick up my new plates at their new location on river road , Puyallup. The customer service here was fantastic. Rosie was very kind and made the process quick and easy! We bought a little Audi and it was detailed very nicely, almost like new. We’ll be recommending friends and family to purchase here.

I'd like to thank Rosy for getting me started on the purchasing process, it was actually fairly fast and they made a deal that seemed reasonable. They were understanding when it came to giving me things like a new battery and key fobs. And they were fairly quick with that. Still waiting for them to pay off my loan but I've heard that can take a week or two and I haven't really got there yet. Thank you guys for allowing me to take home a super nice car!
